Our story
The beginning
Our first independent experience was Gasthof Bären in Habkern. This project has shaped us as entrepreneurs and has repeatedly challenged us — operationally, strategically and personally. Right from the start, it was our aim to develop and grow.
Growing experience
Over the years, we have specifically looked for ways to expand our existing expertise in a meaningful way. Daily contact with guests, employees, processes and responsibilities has shown us how important clear structures, reliability and high quality standards are. At the same time, this time has taught us to remain flexible and to constantly think ahead.

The management and marketing of holiday apartments combines what sets us apart: operational proximity, host mentality and entrepreneurial thinking. It quickly became clear that we had not only found competence here, but also real joy in working. Today, Carista Homes stands for personal, professional vacation home management.

Standardised cleaning is carried out after each stay. In addition, we carry out regular quality checks to ensure cleanliness, functionality and equipment over the long term.
We market holiday apartments on relevant, established booking platforms. Which platforms are used depends on the location and target group and is determined individually.
Depending on the agreement, we take on marketing, guest communication, coordination of cleaning and quality controls as well as other operational tasks relating to your holiday home. The scope of services is individually defined and recorded transparently.
Our model is commission-based. This means: No fixed costs for owners. Especially in holiday rentals, which are subject to seasonal fluctuations, this is a decisive advantage for you as an owner. Our commission covers the agreed services relating to the care of your holiday home. Which services are included are clearly defined in advance and recorded transparently.
Carista Homes is aimed at owners of holiday homes who value personal, professional care and want to rent out their holiday property in a sustainable and structured way. We work both with existing holiday homes and with owners who are new to vacation rentals.
